Project Portfolio Management – Generate Credit Memo

In this steps, we are showing step-by-step Guide on Generate Credit Memo

  • Open Revenue from the Contract Management icon on the Home Page.
  • Open Manage Events from the Tasks Menu.
  • Choose the Actions button, then Create to Create and event.
  • Enter Required Information.   Choose Event Type of Credit Memo and enter a negative value for Amount in Bill Transaction Currency.  
  • Choose Save and Close.
  • Choose Generate Invoices from the Tasks Menu.
  • Enter Required Information
  • Choose Submit
  • Query Invoices on the Overview page.
  • Go to Draft Invoices & Submit for Approval.
  • Go to Submitted Invoices tab and Choose Approve.
  • Choose Release.
  • Choose Transfer Invoice Details to Receivables from Tasks Menu.
  • Enter Required Information.
  • Click Submit.
  • Choose Confirm Invoice Acceptance Status in Receivables from the Tasks menu once AR has accepted the invoice.
