Project Portfolio Management – Create a Project Contract

  • Open Contracts from the Contract Management icon on the Home Page.
  • Choose Create Contract from the Tasks Menu.
  • Enter Data, Save and Continue
  • Enter Name and Confirm Start Date and End Date on the Overview Page
  • Choose the Parties section. 
  • Highlight Customer name, Choose Actions or “+” to add a Customer Contact.
  • Populate the Accounts section below with Bill-to and Ship-to Account Numbers. 
  • Choose the Billing section.
  • Create a Bill Plan by choosing the “+” sign.
  • Enter Required Information.
  • Save and Close.
  • Create a Revenue Plan by choosing the “+” sign.
  • Enter Required Information.
  • Save and Close.
  • Enter Billing Resource and Soft Limit.
  • Choose the Lines section and the “+” sign to create contract lines.
  • Click “OK”.
  • Scroll down to the Details section.  On the Overview tab confirm the data and enter a Line Amount.
  • Choose Billing Tab and enter Bill Plan, Revenue Plan, and Billing Resource information.
  • Choose Actions and Submit for Approval.
