Project Portfolio Management – Create a Project Contract
- Open Contracts from the Contract Management icon on the Home Page.
- Choose Create Contract from the Tasks Menu.
- Enter Data, Save and Continue
- Enter Name and Confirm Start Date and End Date on the Overview Page
- Choose the Parties section.
- Highlight Customer name, Choose Actions or “+” to add a Customer Contact.
- Populate the Accounts section below with Bill-to and Ship-to Account Numbers.
- Choose the Billing section.
- Create a Bill Plan by choosing the “+” sign.
- Enter Required Information.
- Save and Close.
- Create a Revenue Plan by choosing the “+” sign.
- Enter Required Information.
- Save and Close.
- Enter Billing Resource and Soft Limit.
- Choose the Lines section and the “+” sign to create contract lines.
- Click “OK”.
- Scroll down to the Details section. On the Overview tab confirm the data and enter a Line Amount.
- Choose Billing Tab and enter Bill Plan, Revenue Plan, and Billing Resource information.
- Choose Actions and Submit for Approval.
